Assembly Line

1913-1914 Henry Ford introduces the assembly line, a moving belt where parts are set and workers do specific jobs on them.  He had envisioned a car that anyone could buy easily even if they weren’t rich. Using the assembly line, he could have his workers make a car in one and a half hours instead of the usual twelve and a half hours. Other industries began to use his method.
