Redlands Christian School welcomed nearly 500 Grandparents and "Special Friends" to campus on Friday morning, March 3. With middle school Student Council Members as their guides, the visitors made their way to the gym for coffee and cookies and hopefully a seat! It was crowded.

Mr. Leenstra, our superintendent, welcomed everyone and entertained the crowd during the intervals in the program. Each class from Pre-K through Middle School took their turn in front on the platform. Some students sang, some did motions, some repeated learned scripture, some played instruments. Grandparents were then escorted by students for a tour of campus. And although the skies opened and the rains came, everyone eventually found their way. The umbrella brigade joined in the fun.
