| Mr. Jeff Mercer built on Pastor's Elegersma's talk by encouraging the students to answer the question, "What consumes your everyday life, what consumes you?" Look at the story of the rich young ruler. What consumed him? How does your faith impact your life?" Is there something that consume you that you need to give up because of your beliefs? | |
Wednesday: What Do I Bring to This World? |

Students meet with their small groups for an extended period. Using a tool they determine their "Personality Traits". Let's talk...how might God use me with the unique gifts that he gave me? |

Thursday: How Do Others See Me and How Do I See Myself? |

| "Remember WHO you are is WHOSE you are!" Mr. Nick In't Hout led the final chapel of the week. He challenged us to look to Jesus. How did he define himself. Looking at his baptism and the words of God, "This is my son, whom I love. With Him I am well pleased." We must not let the world define us like the devil did as he tempted Jesus immediately after his baptism. It's not what we do, it's not what others say about us, it's not what we have. It is Whose we are! Believe the words God has spoken...Galatians 3:26 | |
